The Phoenix

So, I've been a bad blogger and haven't written anything since last week. What have I been doing that's kept me from my computer you ask? Unfortunately, the answer is nothing. Just same-old, same-old. Although I did finish re-reading all the Harry Potter books. It was only the second time I'd read the fifth book. WARNING: the next sentence is a spoiler if you haven't read the book. I'd forgotten that SB gets killed at the end. I only remembered about one paragraph before it happened. It shocked and saddened me again. :) You are a true Harry Potter fan if you can fill in the initials in this sentence: At the end of book 5, SB gets killed by BL falling through a mysterious D while trying to rescue HP, RW, GW, HG, NL, and LL. I can't wait until Prisioner of Azkaban comes out on DVD. I really want to see it again.
I'm getting really excited for our Long's Peak expedition next week. Becca found this great site about Sam the Wolfdog who has summitted 52 out of the 54 Colorado 14'ers. I read many, many trip reports from this site yesterday as I was sitting through a sim debrief that had absolutely nothing to do with me. I can't wait until they get a new timeline ready for that sim.
Tang went back home with Kennda last night. He's such a nice cat. If I could be assured of getting a cat like Tang, I would be tempted to get one. Unfortunately, not all cats are like that.
