Not so Itsy Bitsy

posted by Jen | 12:34 PM

I must have woken up 20 times last night. I worked about an hour more than I put on my timecard Friday, so I was feeling like I could be a bit late this morning. I finally dragged myself in to work this morning at 9:45 AM, only to find that I have no access to e-mail or any external web sites. There’s not a whole lot I can do this morning without e-mail.

I’m a bit scared about the rest of this pregnancy. I’m already finding it hard to sleep well, digest food comfortably, etc. Last week I was so excited about reaching the halfway mark, but I’m already starting to think that 4 1/2 more months of getting bigger is a bit scary.

Sarah is swimming tonight, a type of exercise that’s really good for pregnant ladies. So, I decided to go with her. That necessitated finding a swim suit that I could wear, though. I found that I can still fit in to one of the ones that I have - mostly. I’ll be sporting a little sliver of bare belly. It also shows just how pregnant I really am. Another couple weeks may require some other solution.

This post makes me laugh! I took the water aerobics class there while I was pregnant... just me and a bunch of old ladies wanting to constantly touch my stomach and tell me old family remedies for whatever ailed me... good times man, good times.

Enjoy it for as long as it last! Even though I didn't really enjoy being pregnant, you do get a wonderful gift in the end for all your hard work! That's what I had to keep telling myself anyway! ;)
